Step One - preparation

Complete the Vision Navigator profile quiz to find where you sit on the scale.
Answer a few short questions I ask based on the results of your quiz and to give me a feel for your business before we talk.

This includes:

- What your business is selling

- Links to your website or social media (if you have them)

- Your take on your biggest challenge right now

Step Two - 2-hour strategy meeting

We meet (in person or online) for a focused two-hour session. We’ll:

- Discuss where your business sits on the Vision Navigator Scale and why

- Explore the story of your business — why you started, what’s worked, and what’s felt like a grind

- Identify where you want to head next

- Identify and talk through your biggest challenge/s at this time to achieving your next success

This is more than a chat. It's a structured conversation designed to bring clarity, priorities and next steps into focus. If we can meet in person it can be great to walk and talk, away from all other distractions.

Step Three - behind-the-scenes review

After our session, I’ll spend time reviewing your online presence in the context of our conversation (website, socials, systems, offers) and, where appropriate, speak to team members to get a sense of how things are running day-to-day in the context of your position on the scale and next steps.

Step Four - your next move

I’ll provide a clear, personalised recommendation to help you move up the Vision Navigator Scale — whether that means simplifying, refining, building, or rethinking.
This can be delivered as a short written report or a 1:1 call — whichever format suits your style best.

From this you will have a clear head and know the next move for your business success.
